dharma grid is a straightforward, one-stop-shop, tailored to the legal needs of start-ups and scale-ups.   Through   Software-as-a Service technology dharma grid enables global technological start-ups to build and manage a suitable equity plan.

We’re looking for an experienced growth manager who will help us drive, execute and improve our growth, content and sales strategy. You will be responsible for growing our user base and you will grow fast with the company.

What we expect of you:

We're looking for team player with previous experience in B2B tech sales and on – line marketing. You:

  • have a goal-driven/ entrepreneurial mindset and like achieving goals
  • have an ability to define growth strategy and use your creative potential to the maximum are a very independent and self-manageable person with outstanding work ethics
  • know how to negotiate, manage and close deals
  • have previous experience with growing SaaS B2B products
  • have a general understanding of various marketing channels and previous experience with digital marketing
  • have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English and Czech/ Slovak language

Your responsibilities:

  • build awareness about dharma grid on social media
  • strengthen partnership with our existing customers and engage new ones by helping them to understand how to leverage our technology for their motivational plans or other business cases
  • reach technological companies C-level management to understand their needs and promote our product and services
  • connect customers with our legal internal teams to optimize their experience
  • own the discovery stage-carry on in-depth research, conduct user interviews, find solutions and prioritize
  • set the go-to-market strategy
