Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a motivated team member with excellent problem-solving skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, interested in start–ups/scale-ups and technology.

You will join a cross-functional small team of Solutions Consultants striving to understand and create value in various technology projects and helping companies in their rapid growth worldwide. This means providing consulting and project management services for various clients and for our company by creating a bridge between the legal function, technology, and process optimization focusing on growth, scalability, and efficiency. The type of projects varies between business and operations process improvement, contracting management, motivation programs set-up and operation, data flow management and security, automatization of internal finance processes, and others.

What we expect of you

  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment, or in cross-functional positions
  • Previous experience in managing projects involving tech solutions and business data analytics (Excel/Google Sheets proficient)
  • Accounting experience/studies preferred (useful for the streamlining and consolidation of our internal finance function project) 
  • Great communication skills
  • Proficiency in English

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluation of the business cases (stakeholder communication, research, process and tech-stack audit, etc.)
  • Assessment of pain points and challenges
  • Defining potential solutions and technologies
  • Implementation of proposed solutions
  • Feedback gathering and improvement
  • Project handover to the client's internal teams
  • Contribute to the consolidation of the Solutions function for Ferro Dharma
  • Streamline the Ferro Dharma finance function 
  • Support the company's growth initiatives and projects
